"Good Afternoon: Off and on for weeks me and my husband had spoken about purchasing a new SUV; especially due to his up and coming family reunion. We had decided that if we were unsuccessful at finding a vehicle within our means, we would simply rent and purchase at a later date. Our first stop was at a dealership in Tunica. The usual car salesman games were played; so decided to walk on the "deals" that were offered to us. We then went on to a couple of dealers on Covington Pike and Mt. Moriah. Needles to say, the same thing occurred. We wrapped up the day and decided to come back the following day.
The dealer from Tunica called us at home numerous times; practically begging. On the way back to see him, something hit me. As we approached his business I decided to drive on pass the dealership. My husband asked where we were going. "We're going to Cadillac of Memphis", I shouted. My husband was nervous at the idea of purchasing a Cadillac , but I figured we couldn't go wrong. We eagerly called information to get the address and contact number for Cadillac of Memphis. After speaking with Heather (for directions), I realized that she was the young lady that had been e-mailing me while I was in Iraq. I knew then that this was the place we needed to be.
I just wanted to express my sincere THANK YOU's and APPRECIATION for your professionalism and dedication to service during me and my husband's recent visit to Cadillac of Memphis. The purchase of our Cadillac Escalade has been a wonderful "addition" to our family. The kids love the extra room. I must say; Keith Dial warned us about "the Cadillac of Memphis experience"......and it happened at closing time again :). I am and will be a Cadillac gal from here on out.
