When you bring your car in for service, we make available to you our loaner vehicles to use for up to 12 hours after completion of your service.*

Saturday Service
We understand that not all customers have time during the week to service their car.
To best accommodate our customers' needs, our Service Center is open from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm every Saturday.
Complimentary Car Wash
As a courtesy, we will wash your car's exterior free of charge every time you bring it in for service.
Customer Waiting Lounge
Waiting areas in our service center are built for comfort.
They are equipped with Wi-Fi and are well-stocked with current magazines and daily newspapers. Courtesy phone and beverage stations are also available for your convenience.

After each service visit, a Cadillac of Memphis Client Relations representative will call to get feedback about your experience.
